Donatello
A cloudy pearl-to-smoke grey stone with wispy white veining and a frozen, elegant character
TECHNICAL OPTIONS
THICKNESS: 30mm
RESISTANCE: Hardwearing, Scratch
Donatello is a natural dolomite marble quarried in Brazil, prized for its cloudy pearl-to-smoke grey background and wispy, smoke-like veining.
As a genuinely natural stone, no two slabs are identical — the depth of veining and quartz nodules varies from piece to piece. It combines granite-like hardness with a marble-like translucency, well suited to kitchen worktops, bathroom vanities and feature paneling.
At Landford Stone, we source Donatello through our trusted natural stone suppliers, offering expert advice and fabrication for every project.

Stone to last
a lifetime
Although Donatello is as hard as granite, its polished surface is acid-sensitive like marble — avoid lemon, vinegar and other acidic products, which can etch the surface. Clean with a pH-neutral cleaner and a soft cloth, wiping up spills promptly, and reseal periodically to maintain stain resistance. We always recommend using chopping boards, trivets and protective pads, and following the specific care guidance for your Donatello surface.
