Porcelain is designed for easy everyday care. Clean with warm water and mild soap, avoiding harsh chemicals and abrasive pads. Note that dark colours and glossy finishes can show marks more readily, so a little extra care day-to-day helps keep the surface looking its best. Wipe away spills promptly to prevent patina, and its high heat resistance means it can handle direct contact with hot pans.
