Sale – Terms & Conditions

Landford Stone Sale Terms & Conditions – February 2019.

The Sale starts on Monday the 7th of January 2019 and ends on Thursday 28th of February 2019.

Our sale offers apply to private customers only. Trade customers are exempt from all listed offers.

Landford Stone reserve the right to change any offers within the sale at any time.

Sale Materials:

1. Sale materials sold as seen, whilst stocks last.
2. Viewing is recommended. As with all natural stones, every block of natural granite is unique and therefore variations in colouring and patterning between blocks is to be expected.
3. Square metre prices are for cut to size material only, and do not include any other factory work or labour cost, which will be charged in addition.

Offer on ‘The 1810 Company’ Sinks & Taps:

1. This offer is only valid on orders in excess of £1,500.
2. When ordering sinks and taps, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that they have specified the correct sizing and the desired type/finish.
3. Ordered sinks and taps will normally be delivered to customers’ addresses the following working day. The package will need to be opened within 24 hours of delivery to ensure no damage has been caused during transportation. Any damage found must be reported directly to Landford Stone who will contact The 1810 Company, and will arrange for a replacement item to be delivered immediately at no extra charge. If damage is reported after a 24 hour window from delivery time, the customer will be required to pay a restocking fee of 25% of the cost of the items. Equally, if the item is not damaged but the customer changes their mind, choosing to return the item, they will also be required to pay for a re-stocking fee of 25% of the cost of the items.

Drainer Grooves Offer:

1. This offer is only available on orders in excess of £1,500.
2. The offer is only for a standard set of 4-5 straight grooves
3. The offer does not apply for any sintered stone materials such as Dekton, Neolith, Lapetic or CRL Cerasio.

Time Frames:

1. All orders placed in February 2019, will need to be fitted and completed by the end of March 2019 to be able to qualify for sale offers.
