Our Process & Facilities
Our factory and stone yard are central to how we work. We work with a wide range of natural and engineered materials, allowing customers to view and select materials in person before fabrication begins.
Cutting & Shaping
Using a combination of advanced saw technology and expert craftsmanship, we fabricate everything from simple cuts to highly detailed bespoke designs. CNC machinery allows speed and accuracy and curved cutting, delivering exceptional precision and accuracy, while detailing where hand finishing is required.
Every slab is carefully inspected before cutting begins to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Finishing Touches
Technology creates precision, but craftsmanship perfects the final result. Once shaped, materials move through our CNC machinery where details such as bowl cut-outs, drainer grooves, recesses and edge profiles are carefully formed. Surfaces are then polished and completely hand-finished by our skilled team.
This final stage allows us to refine the finer details, corners and finishes that machinery alone cannot achieve.
