Molly

Managing Director

Molly has been part of Landford Stone from the very beginning, helping shape the business into the trusted name it is today. Passionate and hands-on, she continues to drive the company forward while maintaining the high standards and relationships Landford Stone is known for. Outside of work, Molly spends much of her time with her horses, her parrot Admiral Lord Nelson, and Johnny Whippet.

Phil

Deputy Managing Director

With a background in engineering and experience across every department of the business, Phil brings extensive technical knowledge and operational expertise to Landford Stone. He is passionate about quality craftsmanship, machinery, and maintaining exceptional standards throughout every project. Outside of work, Phil enjoys spending time with his family and taking on new hobbies with his children.

Clinton

Director

Clinton has been with Landford Stone since 1998 and oversees material sourcing, project scheduling, and workflow coordination. Working closely with trusted international suppliers, he plays a key role in maintaining the quality and reliability the company is known for. Outside of work, Clinton enjoys spending time with his family, and visiting Italy whenever possible.

Damien

Director

With more than 23 years of industry experience, Damien specialises in tiling, flooring, cladding, and specialist stone installations. Known for his technical expertise and attention to detail, he has worked on many of Landford Stone’s most prestigious projects. Away from work, Damien enjoys mountain biking, paddle boarding, and spending time outdoors with his family.

Becky

Director & Office Manager

Becky manages the day-to-day running of the office, supporting customer projects from initial enquiry through to completion. Organised and customer-focused, she plays an important role in ensuring projects run smoothly and clients feel supported throughout. Outside of work, Becky enjoys sleeping and eating.

Paul

Showroom Manager

Paul is our showroom manager, he helps everything to run smoothly and is knowledgeable in all things stone.

Dean

Dean supports customers throughout their project journey, from first enquiries to material selection and ongoing advice. With a strong background in customer service, he brings a friendly and approachable attitude to the team. Outside of work, Dean enjoys walks with his wife, cars, and a good cup of tea.

Natalie

Sales Asssistant

Natalie is available to guide you through the process of selecting the right material for your project, and to provide prompt response to pricing requirements. Outside of work she is an active person who enjoys Zumba, walking and volunteering for Wiltshire Wildlife Trust.

Bella and Poppy

Team Motivators

Bella brings a mature outlook with sleeping and eating being her main priorities, Poppy on the other hand favours bouncing around and generally enjoying her youth!
